This site is for students of interdisciplinary programs, those who attend to interdisciplinary research and those with questions pertaining to the advancements of interdisciplinarity. The forum can be used to engage in these questions or it can stand as an Academic “Want Ads” of sorts as much of truly interdisciplinary research will rely on multiple voices.

As American universities debate the proper way to institutionalize interdisciplinarity, the word itself has become a buzz word, and in that it has become hollow. This site was created by students who want to put credibility back into the word so that interdisciplinarity, as a research methodology, can reach its potential.
